1) Office hours are by appointment only.  A $60 consultation fee will apply, however if a program is purchased, the fee will be waived.

2) Payment by check, cash or credit card is required at the time of each visit.

3) As a courtesy to other guests and team members, please give us a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge.  A credit card or gift certificate deposit will be required at the time of booking your reservation.

4) All programs are non-refundable.  If you find that you are not ready to complete the program, hold on to the products and start it when you are ready.
